All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Kavieli delivers to France, the United Kingdom, Austria and Germany.

Delivery takes between 3 and 7 working days.

Estimated total delivery time: 4 to 9 working days.

Order processing cut-off: Monday to Friday, 5 pm (GMT+1, Paris time).

You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a dispatch confirmation containing your tracking number.

The carrier may vary depending on the weight, quantity and availability of the products, the order value and the dispatch country.

If delivery takes longer than the stated timeframe, contact us at info@kavieli.com to agree a new delivery date or, if this is not possible, request cancellation and a refund.

Once your parcel has been handed to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number by email. Our Track your order page lets you check its progress at any time.

We deliver to France, the United Kingdom, Austria and Germany. For other destinations, please email info@kavieli.com before placing your order.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel your purchase, without having to give a reason.

You may unpack and try on the item as you would in a shop, without removing its label.

Your refund may be reduced if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics and function.

You are responsible for return postage. To arrange a return, email info@kavieli.com.

The 14-day cancellation period for a change of mind does not affect your statutory rights. The French statutory conformity guarantee covers your product for two years from delivery. Repair or replacement is free of charge. If these remedies are not possible or cannot be provided as required by law, you may request a price reduction or refund. Contact us at info@kavieli.com with your order number and, if possible, photographs of the problem.

Always follow the care label sewn into your garment for the correct washing temperature and drying method. As a general guide, satin should be washed cold and air-dried, while terry and cotton can be machine-washed.

Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are SSL-encrypted and processed by Shopify: we never have access to your card details.
